AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD AND DREW STREET,
CONSISTING OF THE NORTH THREE-FOURTHS OF THE
NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF
THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF SECTION 16,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, MIB 22/01, WHOSE
POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 110 MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD,
UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
INSTITUTIONAL (I); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive
plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is
amended, as follows:

Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon
and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6579-00.

The North three-fourths of the North one-half of the N.W. 1/4
of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East,
being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the N.W.
corner of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 16, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, and go S 890 28' 42" E, 1338.47 feet,
along the North boundary of said N.W. 1/4 to the N.E. corner of
the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of ,the aforementioned Section 16,
thence S 000 37' 34" W, 495.39 feet, along the East boundary of
