NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
~~ 1. That the fallowing described dedicated alleys:
All dedicated alleys located in Block 14, Belleair Subdivision
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 105 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida,
of which Pinellas County was formerly a part,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
Z. It is hereby expressly agreed and understood that Ed C.
Wright will provide sufficient land for an easement in which to move the
existing ecswer line and the costs for moving said sewer line are to be borne
completely by Mr. Ed C, Wright at no expense to the City of Clearwater.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1965.
