ORDINANCE NO. 6590-00 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1,550 FEET NORTH OF GULF TO BAY BOULEVARD, CONSISTING OF M & B 21-09 IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS SEVEN SOUTH MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property The North ~ of the South ~ of the Southwest % of the Northeast % of the Northwest % of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, Less and Except the West 50 feet thereof conveyed for road right of way and Further Less and Except the East 400 feet thereof. (ANX 00-06-12) Zonina District Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6588-00.
