COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORII]A, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Tliat the aum of $2, 63$.48 be paid from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated Segternber lb, 14b4, which Construction Trust Fund is dexived fxom proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 19b4. 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered foxthwith to said Truster, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City~of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said consulting engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other previsions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
