NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to gixgicutgi
a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company in connection
with the installation of three water line crossings under the property and
tracks of the Railroad in Clearwater as follows: {1) 1, 984 feet North of
Mile Post 875; (2) 275 feat North of Miles Post 873; {3} 2, 143 feet North
of Mile Poat $76.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th day of August, A. D. 1965.
