RESOLUTION No. 65 - 30 w~.~Y.w.rV~h yik Xl lSiy-~l.S.•L :3i~.1M+nRirM1~y WHEREAS, Goodbody & Co, have offered to pay far thq coat of a feasibility study to be made by Economics Research AssociatQS of , Los Angeles to determine the desirability and feasibility of Sand Kny as a park or xecreatianal area, said coat Lo be borne entirely by •• Goodbody & Ga. without any obligation on the part of the City of Clearwater; and WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of authorizing Goodbody & Co. to go ahead with the survey on such a basis; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS • FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, hereby officially authorizes Goodbody & Co, to proceed with a feasibility study to determine the desirability and feasibility of Sand Kcy as a park or recreational area, said cost to be borne entirely by Goodbody & Co. without any obligation on the part of the City of Clearwater, 2.
