'" i RE5OL11TION No. 65 - Z9 1 WHEREAS, K. Whitney Dalzell, Jr, , Architect, has hereto-' fore been retained by the City of Clearwater to perform services as covered by the statement therefor hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been per- formed and there is due and payable said architect from the City of Clearwater the sum of $B37. 00 for supervision in connection with the construction of the City Hall Building and the sum of $500.00 in connection with interior design services for a total due of $1337.00, according to the statement of said architect dated March 9, 1965, copy of which is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the sum of $1337.00 be paid from the Constxuction Trust Fund by the Batik of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof Qf Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated Septembex 16, 1963, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, 5oxies of 1962, 2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said architect forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other provi.aions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
