FI.Ultiil~A HARGL1114UlLEIIaCR~r C1.f.fIK Ali I r' ~~ is ~IM'6~ 2591323 RESOLUTION No. 65 - ~ 1 WHEREAS, Lot 2, Black 32 of Mandalay Subdivision, within the Cfty limits of the City of Clearwater, Caunty of Pinellas, State of Florida, was embraced in the Plat of Mandalay, filed in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, fn the year 1925, in Plat Book 14, pages 3Z through 35, by L. B, Skinner Campany, a Florida corporation; and WHEREAS, on the face of said Plat said Lot 2, Block 32, was apparently designated "Park" alter the original preparation of said Plat; and WHEREAS, said Plat made no specific dedication of said Lot as a Park, nor did the City of Clearwater specifically accept any purported dedication of said Lot as a Park, nor has there ever been any separate conveyance or dedicatian of said Lot to the City of Clearwater; and WHEREAS, said Lot has never been improved or used as a Park for the reason that it has never been feasible nox is it now feasible to use or improve said Lot as a Park, but rather for the City to improve said Lot as a Park would be a burden to the City out of proportion with any foreseeable use of said Lot as a Park by the public; and WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that the City of Clearwater relinquish its interest, if any, in and to said Lot and thereby divest itself of any and all obligation, if any, to improve said Lot as a Park; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMLS5ION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: That the City of Clearwater does hereby relinquish, release and remise unto L. B. Skinner Company, a Florida corporation, all of its right, title and interest of evexy nature in and to Lot Z, Block 32, Mandalay, a Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 32 through 35 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for such disposition as said Company may make, and does hereby declare that said Lot has never been specifically dedicated or accepted as a Park.
