That the sum of $324. 74 be pald £rom the COnetructi011 Trust Fund, dated July l8, 19b1, by the Bank of Cleaxwater, Clearwatex, Florida, Txustee thereof, to the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, in payment of its bill dated June 1$, 1963, for Truetee~s compensation as ' provided in said Agreement. 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to said Trustee, which certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay said amount directly to itself.
