maintenance of a line of Z-inch steel pipgi in Sunset Point Road for conducting'
water, aline of 8-inch vitrified clay pipe in Granada Street and Union Street
far the purpose of a sewer main, all. in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Fiorida.
