ARTICLE I. GENERALLY*

The city shall possess all rights permitted by law to regulate the use of all waterways
within the city and the conduct of all persons using such waterways. (Ord. No, 4597, § 1,
7.7.88)
Sec. 114.02. Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) Abandoned vessel shall mean an unattended vessel which is adrift, discarded, sink.
