Battle City Engineer The Mayor called the meeting to order. The invocation was given by the City Attorney. The Mayor announced the purpose of the special sessior. was to pr�sent the preliminary plans i'or the new City Hall for approval. He introduced Mr. K. Whitnep Dalzell, Jr., Architect, wrio pointed out the various features of the plans and stated that the building would contain approximately 2'],OOO to 2$,000 square £eet, He estimated the total cos� of the City Hall and the Utilities Building including architect�s fees at �$00,000. Commissioner Insco m�ved tha� the plans be approved �s presented for the new City Hall to be built on the former Hartsell property and adjacent area (Lot� 3-4�-5f Block A, J. R.
