A Public Hearing vvas announced on an appeal f'rom the decision of the Board

'l'he 1-lanager presented an application i'rom the Sun Oil Company for permission
to construct a service station on the southeast corner of Drew Street and Saturn
Avenue. It was pointed out the En~ineer had asked for a complete plumbin~ plan
and that permission from the State Road Department should be obtained to conne.ct
to the storm se\'Jer in Dre\'l Street. Com.missioner ':{atkins moved the item be post-
