Item ff2 - Carl McMurray for a variance to ercct a 6 ft fence in building setback arca abutting Union Street on Lot 60, Windsor Woods, located at 2072 Nugget Drive and zoncd RS 75 (single family) . Carl McMurray reported there is an existing '6 ft fence on Union Strcet which was constructed by the developer. He desires to erect a matching fence from the north side of the house to connect with this one. The area is quite open facing Nugget Drive on one side and a church on the other. No one spoke in opposition. Having held a duly constituted public hearing and since, based on the material submitted by the applicant, there are practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships in complying with the code, Mr. Regulski moved to grant the request subject to the finished side facing out and with the provision that the building permit be obtained within six (6) months from this date. Mr. Gans seconded the motion which carried unanimously. Mr. Regulski stated, for the record, a planting plan was not included because the fence will be inside the set- back line on Nugget Drive.
