The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 4 p.m.
in the Commission meeting room in city Hall. He outlined the
procedures and announced the request of Charlie Harris Pontiac
for a special exception to expand automotive sales I service
and body shop facilities in a business zone.
Doug White, secretary-treasurer for the applicant, ex-
plained their present facilities are inadequate and it has
been necessary to operate the shop until midnight, which dis-
turbed neighbors to the south. Expansion will correct this.
The Clerk reported receipt of one letter in support.
No one spoke in opposition.

Upon consideration of the appeal of Charlie Harris Pontiac
from the decision of the Building Official concerning a special
exception to expand automotive sales, service and body shop
facilities on the following described property:

CG (business), it appearing, after this duly constituted public
hearing, that the proposed use is consistent with the general
