Antonios Tsouvelekakis stated two of his tenants require
additional storage area. He cannot build a second story as the
roof is not strong enough and proposes to put the additions on
the rear. The parking area in the rear of this shopping center
is not used extensively and there will be 20 feet between the
addition and the property line which will allow traffic to pro-
ceed. This is not a large shopping center and though it does
not meet the requirements for number of parking spaces, there
is sufficient parking in front.
Dan Lehan, owner of the carpet store, spoke in support .of
the request and stated he needed more storage area.
No one spoke in opposition.
