ITEM #3 - The request of Clearwater Golf Park to in- stall 8 to 10 ft. hieh wire fence with 5 ft. setback from Airport Drive and on property line on the wester'ly, northerly and Northeasterly portion of property with a 20 ft. high small screen fence on part of westerly boundary was pre- sented by the Chairman. The Building Director stated fencing comes under the Zoning Ordinance, that maximum fence height permitted in a commercial zone is 10 feet and when it faces a residential area must be set back, in this case 25 feet, unless a 30" high fence is erected.
