ITEM #3 - The request of Clearwater Golf Park to in-
stall 8 to 10 ft. hieh wire fence with 5 ft. setback from
Airport Drive and on property line on the wester'ly, northerly
and Northeasterly portion of property with a 20 ft. high
small screen fence on part of westerly boundary was pre-
sented by the Chairman.
The Building Director stated fencing comes under the
Zoning Ordinance, that maximum fence height permitted in a
commercial zone is 10 feet and when it faces a residential
area must be set back, in this case 25 feet, unless a 30"
high fence is erected. Saturn Lake Apartments are built
parallel to the Golf Park and many windows face the greens.
