Clerk reported receipt of 12 statements of no objection, signed by
area residents. Thore was no opposition. Upon consideration
of the appeal of Neil M. Cubberly from the decision of the
building official concerning a request for a variance to allow
construction of a third unit on Lot 26, Block N"Brookhill
Unit N~, which property is located on the SW cornor of Lakeview
,Rd. and Evergreen Ave. and is zoned R11-12 (duplex-apt), it
appearing ,aftex' this duly 'constituted public hea~ing, that there
are practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships in the way
of carrying out the strict lette~ of the provisions of the
zoning ordinance as it affects such property and that the same
can be varied in harmony with the general purposes and intent
of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Homer moved that such appeal he
granted in accordance with the application .&\1binitt~d. therewith,
with the provision that the right to obtain a building permit
in accordance with such variance shall cease after six (6)
months from this date. Motion was seconded, by Mr. Batstone
and carried unanimouslYt
The minutes of the previous meeting. Janua~y 10, 1974. were
presented, Hea~ing no objections the Chairman declared the
minutes app~oved ina ccordance with copies submitted to each
board membe~ in writing,
There being no furthe~ businass the meeting adjourned
