''',to : ~,:;;i:;i,~ :~.~ ~::.::",~,t o cerning request for 5 ft. 4 in. setback from Third St. for new 2nd floor walkway and 8 ft. 10 in. setback from Third St. for new,stairway wall to relocate stairs on Lot 58, Lloyd-White- Skinner SUb., zoned R-4 (multiple dwelling), it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships in carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property and that the same can be varied within the intent of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Conway moved that such appeal be granted in accordance with the application submitted therewith~ with the provision that the right to obtain a building permit in accordance with such special exception shall cease after six (6) months from this date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Brodeur. Mahan, COnl-ray, Brodeur and Shepard voted "Aye". Novotny absent. Motion carried. The request of Henry C. Walden, Jr., was considered. Mr. Walden was present and further explained his request. There were no objections. Upon consideration of the appeal of Henry C. Walden, Jr., for 25 ft. setback from San Mateo St. for Lots 630, 631, 632, and W 15 ft. of 633, Del Oro Groves Sub., zoned R-1B (single family residence) it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships in carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property and that the same can'be varied within the intent of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Mahan moved that such appeal be granted in accordance with the application submitted therewith~ with the provision that the r~ght to obtain a build- ing permit in accordance with such special exception shall cease after six (6) months from this date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Conway. Mahan, Conway, Brodeur and Shepard voted IIAye". Novotny absent. Motion carried. , The request of Grover C. Eldridge was now considered. Mr. Donald O. McFarland, Attorney, representing the applicant, explained that the building was under construction as a general commercial building, immediately East of the present building on the property, and outlined the purpose of it. There were no objections. Upon consideration of the appeal of Grover C.
