The request of Warren L. Green was considered at this time.
Mr. Green was present, and introduced Mr. Fred Allen, the
proposed tenant. Mr. Allen stated that most of the stock
is inside, but that the welding will be done underneath the
shed, which is enclosed on 3 sides. He stated the present
operation is in the County. Mr. Green said he would comply
with requirements to do the work inside. There were no
objections. Upon consideration or, the appeal of Warren
L. Green from the decision of the Building Inspector con-
cerning request to use part of the S 330 rt. of the W 130 ft.
of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 less Road R/W, Sec. 17-29-16,
for undercoating and'we1ding shop, zoned B (business), it
appearing after this duly constit.uted public hear:tng that
there are practical dirriculties and unnecessary hardships
1n carrying out the strict letter of the provisions or the
zoning ordinance as it, affects such property and that the
same can be varied \'11 thin the intent of the zoning ordinance,
Mr. Marquardt moved that such appeal be granted in accordance -
with the application submitted therewith, with the provision
that the right to obtain a building permit in accordance with
such exception shall cease after six (6) months from this
date, with the added provision that all requirements of the
building inspector be met. Motion was seconded by Mr. Novotny.
Conway, Marquardt, Novotny and Shepard voted lIaye". Mahan
absent. Motion carried.
The minutes of the meetings of February 24th, and March 24th,
1966, were presented for approval. Heari~g no objections,
the Chairman declared the minutes approved in accordance
with copies submitted to each Board member in writi~g.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 8: '15 P'.M.
