and that the same can be varied within the intent of the zoning
ordinance 1 Mr. Meek moved that such appeal be granted in accord-
ance with the application submitted therewith with the provision
that the right to obtain a building permit in aocordance with
such special exception shall cease after six months from this
date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Marquardt.

The Board discussed the request of Albert L. Rogero who waa
present. Mr. Rogero explained that he planned to move three
duplex residence a to the property SUbject to the approval of the
Building Inspector and the Fire Inspector. There were no ob-
jections., Upon consideration of the appeal of Albert L. Rogero
from the decision of the Building Inspector concerning the re-
quest to place three du~lex residences on Lot 71 Block 21
Pine Creat Subdivision (zoned R-2) it appearing after this'duly
constituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties
and unnecessary hardships in carrying out the strict letter of
the provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property
and that the same can be varied within the intent of the zoning
ord1nance~ Mr. Meek moved that such appeal be granted in accord-
ance with the application submitted therewith with the proviSion
that the right to obtain a building permit in accordance with
such special exception shall cease after six months from thia
date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Novotny.

The Board considered the request of Salvador Greco who was present.
Mr. Ralph Halgren explained the request stating he had a contract
to purchase the property and wished to enlarge the motel which
he owns on Lot 19. There were no objections. Upon consideration
of the appeal of Salvador Greco from the decision of Building
Inspector concerning a request for a ten foot setback from both
Poinsettia Avenue and Royal Way to erect three unit apartment
building on Lot 201 Block 84AI Mandalay Unit 5 (zoned R-M) it
appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that. there
are practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships in carrying
out the strict letter of the provisions of the zoning ordinance
as it affects such property and that the same can be varied within
the intent of the zoning ordinance 1 Mr. Marquardt moved that such
appeal be granted in accordance with the application submitted
therewith with the provision that the right to obtain a building
permit in accordance with such special exception shall cease after
six months from this date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Meek.
