" '7 The request of H. C. Brasfield was considered. Mr. John Logan, contractor, was present representing the applicant. There were no objections. Upon consideration of the appeal of H. C. Brasfield from the decision of the Building Inspector concerning three foot setback from Lady Mary Drive for Lot 27, Block 2, Brookwood Terrace Subdivision (zoned R-4), it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships in carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property and that the same can be varied within the intent of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Barber moved that such appeal be granted in accordance with the application submitted therewith with the provision that the right to obtain a building permit in accordance with such variance shall cease after six months from this date. Motion was seconded by ~w. Novotny. Barber, Novotny and Shepard voted "Ayell. Marquardt end Meek absent. Motion carried. The request of E. W. Dann was discussed. Mr. Charles Baird, attorney, represented the applicant. There were no objections. Upon considera- tion of the appeal of E. W.
