The Clerk read the list of signatures on the petition. Upon consideration of the appeal of William W. Baxter from the decision of the Building Inspector concerning request for 15 ft. setback from WOOdside' Ave. for Lot 5, Block C, Oak Acres Addition, Unit l, zoned R-lE, it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that there are not such practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the zoning ordinance as would justify a variance of such orovision and that the same cannot be made within the intent of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Garcia moved that such appeal be denied.
