the application submitted therewith, witll the provision that the
right to obtain a building permit in accordance with such special
exception shall cease after six (6) months from'this date. Motion

Henry Marsh, 1129 Woodside Ave. Spoke in favor of the application,
sta~ing that the request complied with deed restrictions and then
presented a letter from M1:'. Lloyd Wyngarden in favor of the applica-
tion. Mr. Robert Butcher, l73l Brentwood Dr., living across the
street from "the property of applicant, spoke in favor of the re-
quest. The following persons spoke in objection to the request:

l200 S. Duncan Ave. Mr. Baxter spoke again in favor of his re-
quest and then presented a petition in favor of his application.
The Clerk read the list of signatures on the petition. Upon
consideration of the appeal of William W. Baxter from the decision
of the Building Inspector concerning request for 15 ft. setback
from WOOdside' Ave. for Lot 5, Block C, Oak Acres Addition, Unit l,
zoned R-lE, it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing
that there are not such practical difficulties or unnecessary
hardships in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the
provisions of the zoning ordinance as would justify a variance
of such orovision and that the same cannot be made within the
intent of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Garcia moved that such appeal
be denied. Motion'was seconded by Hr. Marquardt.
Garcia, Harquardt, Shepard voted "Aye". Meek voted "No".
Barber absent. Motion carried.

Mrs. Honnig was present. Mr. Dan Iley spoke in favor of the
~equest. There were no objections. Upon consideration of the
appeal of Carrie M. Honnig from the decision of the Building

and 20 ft. from Franklin Street for Lot 5, Block I, Hibiscus
