Mr. Lee Regulski, Vice President qf the firm was present.. There were no objections. Upon consideration of the appeal of Rutenberg Construction Company, Inc., from the decision of the Building Inspector concerning the erection of model homes on Lots 10, 11, 42, ~5 and 66, Imperial Park Unit 1, zoned R-lD, it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties and unnecessary hard- ships' in carrying out the strict letter of the 'provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property and that the same can be varied within the intent of the zoning ordinance, Mr. Meek moved that such appeal be granted in accordance with the application sub- mitted thevewith, with-thepvovision that the right to obtain a building permit in accordance with such variance shall cease after six (6) months from this date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Garcia, Marquardt, Barber, Garcia and Meek voted "Aye". Motion carried. The application of Robert Lee Cooper was presented. Mr. E. J: Robinson was present representing Mr. and Mrs. Cooper. There were no objections. Upon consideration of the appeal of Robert Lee Cooper from the decision of the Building Inspector concerning 21 foot setback from Palm Bluff Street for the East 42.5 feet of Lot 13, Unnumbered Block, Palm Park Subd., zoned B (Business), it appearing after this duly constituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties and unnecessary 'hardships in carrying out the 'strict letter of the provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property and that the same can be varied within the intent of the. zoning ordinance, Mr. Garcia moved that such appeal be granted in accordance with the application submitted therewith, with the provision that the right to obtain a building permi.t in accordance with such variance shall cease after six {6) months from this date. Motion was seconded by Mr. Barber. Motion carried. Marquardt, Barber, Garcia and Meek voted "Aye". Mr. Barber moved that the minutes of the meeting of April 25, 1963 be approved in accordance with copies submitted to each Board member in writing.
