The Board considered the request of Harold McBride who was present.
The Chairman asked ir there were any objections and there were none.
Upon consideration of the appeal of Harold McBride to waive setback
requirement from Coronado Drive to attach marquee type sign to existing
building on northeast corner of Coronado Drive and First Street..
from the decision of the Building InDpector~ it appearing after this
duly oonstituted public hearing that there are practical difficulties
and unnecessary hardships in carrying out the strict letter of the
provisions of the zoning ordinance as it affects such property and
that the same can be varied within the intent of the zoning ord1nance~
Mr. Stoutamire moved that such appeal be granted in accordance with
the applicatLon submitted therew1th~ with the provision that the
right to obtain a building permit in accordance with such var:lance
shall oease after six (6) months from this date. Motion was
~econded by Mr. Marquardt.

Mr. Allbritton wmounced that the hearing on the request of Albert L.
Rogero to erect a medical clinic building or doctors I offices on
acreage located on the south side of Jeffords Street west of West
~d Road had been cancelled due to a ro~er approval by the City
Comm1ss1,on on January l6~ 1956.. for doctOt'SI ofi'ices at this location.
The Board considered the revised request 01' Mr. J. D. Teachey who
was present. Mr. Robert Freeze representcd the applicant. Mr. Ben
Krentzman appeared for a group of adjacent property omlers who were
objecting. Messra. D. Carlis1e~ w. J. McCullough~ J. H. Broad1e~
G. Prather and others objected. A petition signed by 87 persons in
favor waa read and also a petition of objection signed by 128 persona.
