ITEM '1 - Chandler Russell for a special exception to
operate a janitorial service home occupation, at 105
Hillcrest Ave N, Russell1s Sub Unit 1, Lot 5, zoned RS-5a
(single family).
Chandler Russell stated he is currently working with a janitorial
service. He is an executive housekeeper and wishes to have his own
business specialiZing in medical offioes. He intends to rent
equipment in the beginning and will pick up the necessary Ilupplies
at a local company.
One letter of support was submitted for the record.
A duly constituted public hearing has been held and since, based
on the material submitted by the applicant, the proposed use is
consistent with the Zoning Code, Mr. Gans moved that said appeal be
graated with the provision the applicant prepare and file with ,the
Occupational License Division an affidavit agreeing to comply with
all the conditions of the Code and that the Oocupational License be
obtained within six (6) months from this date. The motion was duly
seconded and carried unanimouslY. Request granted.
ITEM 82 - Joan Bohmann (Snook) for a special exception to
operate a word prooessing service home occupation, at 2045

RPD-l0 (residential planned development).
Gail Snook stated she wishes to operate a word processing service
on her home computer. She will pick up the information from her
clients and upon completion of the project return the finished work.
A duly constituted publiC hearing has been held and since, based
on the material submitted by the applicantt the proposed use is

John Fornino stated he wishes to operate a major appliance repair
business. All repairs would be done at his client's home and part5,
would be pioked up locally and taken to the job site. lie has a van
whioh has no signs.
