Dustin, City Attorney Sue Lawcin, Assistant City Clerk The, meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Meeting Room in City Hall. He outlined the procedures and advised that anyone adversely affeoted by any decision of the Board of Adjustment and Appeal on Zoning may appeal the decision to a Zoning Appeal Hearing Offioer within ten (10) days. He noted that Florida law requires any applicant appealing a decision of this Board to have a verbatim reoord of the proceedings to support the appeal. ITEM A Request for time extension - Grand Central Properties for a special exception to operate a photographio studio at 1208-121!1 S Myrtle, Milton Park Sub, Blk ~, Lots 13, 1!1 and pt of 12, zoned PS (professional services). John Judges, representing the applicant, reported the building should, be completed by the end of February. They request a gO-day extension, for the use in the event they should be further delayed.
