Having held a duly constituted public hearing and since,
based on the material submittcd by the applicant, the proposed
use is consistent with the zoning codc, Mr. Gans moved that
said appeal be granted with the provision that thc slips be
for the sole use of the owners and gucsts of the condominium
or the owners' lessees and guests and the use/building permit
be obtained within six (6) months of this date. The motion
was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
Item #2 - Gerald Weyhrauch for a special exception to
operate a dental lab to make crowns and bridges for
dentists as a home occupation on Lot 13, Countryside
Tract 6, located at 2517 Mulberry Dr. and zoned RS-sO
(single family).
The Planning Official reviewed Ordinance 2288-81 which
established the franework for permitting home occupations as
a special exception. All zoning districts carry the provision
except Mobile Home District and Residential Planned Development.
Gerald Weyhrauch stated he is familiar with the ordinance
and he will pick up and deliver all material. There will be
no outside changes made. Approximately 11% of his total floor
area will be involved and he needs to conduct this business in
his home to save on overhead. He hopes to set up a commercial
site within a year. No one spoke in opposition.

to g~an~ the request, with the provision an occupational license
is 0 tained, which shall be limited to one year, and the appli-
cant prepare and file an affidavit with Occupational License
Division agreeing to comply with all conditions of the ordinance,
and that the dccupational license be obtained within six (6)
months. The motion was duly seconded. Upon the vote being
taken Messrs. Morris, Caffentzis, Dallmann and Donnell voted
"Aye"; r>fr. Gans voted "Nay". Request granted.
Item #3 - Mitchell Joseph for 2 side setback variances to
construct residence on Lot 10, Spottis Woode Sub, located
at 288 Spottis Woode Court and zoned RPD (residential
planned development).
The Planning Official reported the applicant is requesting
a 5 ft. variance on the. east property line and a 6 ft. variance
on the south property line.
