That Florida Power Corporation agrees to remove from its property addressed at 2166 Palmetto ~Street the two portable buildings presently befng used as temporary offices on or before , Uovember 18. 1985. 2; That the City of Clearwater agrees to permit Florida Power Corporation to place one addi- tional 12' X 45' portable building on its property at 2166 Palmetto Street as represented on the attached exhibit to be used as a tem- porary office. said use to terminate and the building to be removed by Florida Power Corporation on or before November 18. 1985. 3. That Florida Power Corporation agrees not to request any extensions to permit the three aforementioned portable buildings to remain on subject property beyond the removal date stip- ulated herein. 4.
