The Board, having heard the presentation by Appellant, Vernon Lumm, landscaper, and the City Forester, nuds as follows: There is f:l unique condition and a hardship affecUng the property and the applicant should be permitted to remove one pine tree. The permit to remove the indicated tree is subject to the condition that plans fot' landscaping and replacement of the tree must be furnished to the City Forester, prior to the removal of the tree.
