The meeting was called to order at 9:00a.m. by Chairman Polatty in the Operations Conference
Room.
Bob Maran moved to approve the minutes of the meeting of December 14. 1989. as corrected.
~ The motion was seconded by Bob Perkins. and carried unanimously.
1. POST COURT located approximately 365 feet south of Drew Street and approximately
195 feet east of Old Coachman Road. on the east side of the Florida Power Right-of-Way
AMENDMENT AND REVALIDATION OF THE SITE PLAN - APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
REVALIDATION OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAT - APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
Pertinent comments from each department representative are incorporated into the motion
listed below. Attachments #1. #2 and #3 are a part of this item.
Sandy Glatthorn moved to approve the amendment to the final site plan and revalidation of
the site plan and praliminary plat based upon a finding of this committee that the plan
and plat conform with the design guiielines for site plan review and subdivision plat
review subject to the following:
1. Conditions be carried forward from the site plan and prel iminary plat certified
on ~IAV.P1-~~r~~QQQ.~~~~~~~~~~-July 18. 1988~ with an amended #4 to read as
follows: requisite initial bUilding permits must be procured within 6 months of certifica-
tion of this amended site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained
within 3 years from certification of this amended site plan. An amended #5 to read as
follows: the plat shall be recorded no later than June 28. 1990.
Motion was seconded by Bob Maran. and carried unanimously.

PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT - APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
Pertinent comments from each department representative are incorporated' into the motion
listed below. Attachments #4, and #5 are a part of this item.
Sandy Glatthorn moved to approve the preliminary plat based upon a finding of ' this committee
that the plat conforms with the design guidelines for subdivision plat review subject to
the following:
1~ As noted on the plat there shall be no direct access from the platted lots to Landmark
Drive
2. The buildings on Lots 17-21 must be removed prior to recordation of the plat
,3. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes
4. The plat 'shall be recorded within 6 months from certification of the preliminary plat
5. The requisite 10 foot utility easements shall be shown on the preliminary plat prior
to certification
6. Prior to certification the developer shall meet with the Public Works Department to
discuss drainage
7. Open space/recreation fees shall be paid prior to recordation of the plat
~ 8. The 80 foot uti lity drainage and right-of-way easement shall be clearly shown as
~ parts of Lots 13 and 14 on the recorded plat.
Motion was seconded by Bob Perkins, and carried unanimously.

plans BUilding had 'were considered abandoned per Section A103.1.5
Standard Building Code. (SBC).
Approval by this Board or certification of!the site plan by the City
Clerk is not authorization to start construction or site work.Plans and
application for the proposed project must be submitted to Building
Inspections for review and issuance of permits. Work on site shall not
commence until Permits are issued. If the Architect or Developer has
any questions concerning the permit procedures, they may contact Julie
Jeffers at 462-6550. '
