HOTION: Sandy Glatthorn made a motion to approve the final site plan subject to the following: 1. The fire hydrant must be indicated on the site plan as required by the Fire Marshal prior to certification. 2. If an on-site hydrant is required, a 10' utility easement must be provided as required by the utilities Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting. 4. site data calculations should be provided as required by Code to address all information items to include existing, proposed and required percentages, such as open green space. 5. As several large specimen oak trees have died due to damage sustained during the original construction, the City's Tree Ordinance requires that these trees be replaced.
