1. The fire hydrant must be indicated on the site plan as
required by the Fire Marshal prior to certification.
2. If an on-site hydrant is required, a 10' utility easement
must be provided as required by the utilities Department
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3. signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and
permitting.
4. site data calculations should be provided as required by Code
to address all information items to include existing,
proposed and required percentages, such as open green space.
5.
Prior to certification, copies of DER and SWFWMD permits are
to be provided to the Public Works Department.

calculations showing that the revised plan meets present City
of Clearwater storm design criteria.
3. A 5' wide sidewalk easement must be dedicated to the City of
Clearwater for the two locations where the existing sidewalk
goes onto private property.
4. As several large specimen oak trees have died due to damage
sustained during the original construction, the City's Tree
Ordinance requires that these trees be replaced. The owners
must contact the EnVironmental DiVision to work out details
as replacement requirements will be considerable.
5. Concerning removal of interior landscape islands: Landscape
areas may be utilized for additional parking as long as a
minimum of 6% interior landscape areas remain. present plan
shows areas designated as interior landscape islands that do
not conform to definable interior areas. The areas that are
to be designated for interior landscaping must be clarified
on the plan prior to certific~tion as required by the
Environmental Management Division.

final site plan along Landmark Drive and Curlew Road. A small
ditch exists on the southwest corner of the sitel the developer
will be required to pipe a small section of the ditch '~n order
to place a sidewalk in that location.
2. The s~nitary sewer e~tension between lots 15 & 16 in Oak Creek
At Countryside Subdivision is to be hand dug or constructed by
the use of a trencher. This is recommended by our Forester
because the easement runs through the middle of a small wetlands:

COMMENTS:
1. Prior to certification a professional engineer is to provide
calculations showing that the revised plan meets present City
of Clearwater storm design criteria.
2. A 5' wide sidewalk easement is to be dedicated to the City of
Clearwater for the two locations where the existing sidewalk goes
onto private property.
3. Several large specimen oak trees have died due to damage sustained
during the original construction. The City's Tree Ordinance
requires that these trees be replaced. Recommend the owners
contact the Environmental Division to work out details as
replacement requirements will be considerable.
4. Concerning removal of interior landscape islands: Landscape
areas ma'y be utilized for additional parking as long as a
minimum of 6~ interior lands~3pe areas remain. Present plan
shows areas designated as interior landscape islands that do
not conform to definable interior areas. 'The areas that are
to be designated for interior landscaping are to be clarified
on the plan prior to certific3tion.
