All site data calculations provided on the supplementary S\:lppl-eRMJ:y sheet need to be provided on the final site plan for certification. . Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting. . A 40' drainage and utility easement along u.s. 19 must be given prior to the issuance of the building permit. . Handicapped parking should be located as required by state law and should be reviewed by Traffic Engineering prior to certification of the final site plan. . Additional row of parking to the west of the proposed new store should be redesigned as required by Traffic Engineering. . A dumpster location must be provided on the site plan subject to approval of the Sanitation Division. The dumpster must be visually screened with a 12' wide clear opening. .
