The site plan should note the particulars of develop- ment to show compliance with the terms of the settle- ment stipulation. . Also, if after annexation there are any improvements made to the property or if forsorne reason the property owner decides to sell off one of the portions of the lot, then the City would require it to be platted. However, Paula Harvey advised,that the developer is aSking for a two (2) year extension to complete the project. She stated she did not have a problem,with this request and wanted to make certain none of the other members had a problem with it. Inasmuch as no member had a problem regard~ ing this e~tension, a motion was called for. MOTION: Paula Harvey moved to approve the' requested two (2) year extension for the time period for procuring all Certificates of Occupancy for the Crest Lake Oaks Office Complex. The DER 17-25 requirement nonnally addresses concerns relating to water quality; however, in this instance the use of porous concrete does not. We are requiring that a portion of the rWloff from the parking lot areas be treated in shallow grassed depressed areas to aid in removal of sediments, uptake of dissolved solids and ~le capture of oils and grease.
