The meeting was called to order at 9:05a.m. by Chairman Haeseker in the Operations
Conference Room.
Minutes of the regular DRC meeting of July 23, 1987 were approved as submitted.
Minutes of the regular DRC meeting of August 27. 1987 were approved as submitted.

MOTION Paula Harvey moved to approve the Preliminary Plat for Premier Village based upon a
finding of this Committee that the plat conforms with the design guidelines for plat
approval subject to the following:
1. that the RS-8 zoning must have been approved by the City Commission at Public
Hearing prior to certification of the preliminary plat;
2. that the final plat shall not be recorded prior to final reading of the
ordinance for the RS-8 zoning;
3. that all required recreation fees must be paid in accordancae with the
ordinance. .
Motion was seconded by Bob Maran. Motion carried unanimously.

Amendment to Final Site Plan for Countryside
Village Square Located Southeast of Countryside
Boulevard and u.s. 19 Tracts 47, 48 and 81

The existing water main and meters located within
the proposed building area must be abandoned and/or
relocated by the City at the owner-s expense prior
to construction.
. The existing dumpster locations must be modified to
comply with City Codes. This will require visually
screening the enclosures with a 12- minimum clear
opening to the front for access by Sanitation
trucks.
. A 10- utility easement is required over the
existing,on-site natural gas mains up to and
inclUding meters prior to the issuance of a
Building permi t.
