Paula Harvey: Need to amend the 40' right-of-way easement along u.S. 19 to a 40' drainage and utility easement. It is necessary to obtain an easement from the property owner to the north of the driveway crossing the motel property to access Druid Road. There are about five parking spaces that could be eliminated, thereby saving eight trees, six of which are oak trees. Our environmental people would appreciate the developer working with them on this. He also questioned whether there was an easement on the adjacent drive. The architect said there is an agreement to use the driveway. Bob Perkins: See written comments. There needs to be a recorded easement stating that the parking can be used. Stated that 'i.:.u<l' ~ ite plan should not refer to shopping center and the for, mula would be six parking spaces per 1000 square feet of gross floor area.
