MOTION Paula Harvey moved to approve the final site plan for the Clearwater Jaycees Clubhouse based upon a finding of this Committee that the plan conforms with the design guidelines for site plan review subject to the following: tIS) Changes to be made on the plan prior to certiftc:ation: 1. that the Acquatic Lands Interior Zoning District be properly identified on the final site plan and that land coverage calculations be subsequently adjusted based on the revised land area; 2. that if a dumpster is required for this property that the location be identified on the plan and a note be provided that it will be visually screened,with a 12 'foot wide clear opening.
