This change represented a drive-in window for a bank operation. He asked for any recommendations on the plan. The concensus of the Board on the change of the site plan is to yield to the wisdom of the Commission. The Board does not see any problems, "Ih,. r Tom Brown stated~the recent activity that took place by the Building Department and th2 City on the Gray Moss Inn should have been handled with more diplomacy. It was the concensus of the Board that Jim Carpenter send a letter to the City expressing the Board's concern regarding this matter and future like situations. In futher action, the Board went on record as giving its full support for the the creation of the proposed Clearwater Marine Science Center.
