7297-04 ORDINANCE NO, 7297-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ELIZABETH AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 810 FEET NORTH OF GULF TO BAY BOULEVARD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF METES AND BOUNDS 13/14 AND 13/15 IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT OF ELIZABETH AVENUE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 193 AND 197 ELIZABETH AVENUE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL URBAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows: Property See legal description attached hereto. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 7296-04.
