Planning Director Paula Harvey commented the present operation

plan~ Ms. Harvey noted the subject building is located at the
center of the site; with access on Eldridge Street. She
commented the site plan was designed and approved for storage and
warehouse use and the parking was based on this premise.
Ms. Harvey cited limited ability to provide the necessary
parking on the site and felt the proposed use would generate
additional traffic in the area. If an adjsutment is made, the
site plan would have to be modified to reflect the uses.
