Ms. Harvey noted the zoning on subject property prior to
adoption of the revised Zoning Atlas was CS (Commercial
Services). This zoning district no longer exists and staff is
suggesting that CG (General Commercial) is the most appropriate
commercial zoning at this location.
Planning staff recommended approval of above request. No
amendment to the Land Use Plan is required.
No other citizen appeared either in support of or in opposition
to above request.
Motion was made by Mr. Hogan. seconded by Mr. Schwob, to
recommend approval of above request. Motion carried unanimously
(7-0).
Planning Director Paula Harvey reported on her attendance at the
National APA Conference which was held in Los Angeles. Calif..
April 5 - 10. 1986.
Ms. Harvey commented she will advise the Board on the result of
the conditional use appeal by C. Dunigan (CU 85-21).
