Ms. Harvey noted that in reviewing past procedures of readopting the Zoning Atlas at the beginning of every calendar year, the City Attorney advised that this practice is unnecessary and has the potential of causing problems in determining effective dates of rezonings, references to the wrong atlas, etc. The suggestion of the City Attorney is to provide within Development Code a description of the format and content Zoning Atlas and the method of re~ising and publishing the Zoning Atlas.
