On motion by Mr. Hogan, seconded by Mr. Schwab, minutes of
March 18, 1986 were approved as amended.
Chairman Johnson outlined the procedures for conditional uses and
advised that anyone adversely affected by a decision of the
Planning and Zoning Board with regard to conditional uses has two
weeks from this date in which to file an appeal through the City
Clerk's office. Florida Law requires any party appealing a
decision of this Board to have a verbatim record of the
proceedings to support the appeal.

stated that if the proposed request is approved, all parking will

Jones Street..

To create Subsection F of Sec. 137.015 to provide the form and
content of the Zoning Atlas, and method of revising and
publishing the Atlas.
Ms. Harvey noted that in reviewing past procedures of readopting
the Zoning Atlas at the beginning of every calendar year, the
City Attorney advised that this practice is unnecessary and has
the potential of causing problems in determining effective dates
of rezonings, references to the wrong atlas, etc.
The suggestion of the City Attorney is to provide within
Development Code a description of the format and content
Zoning Atlas and the method of re~ising and publishing the
Zoning Atlas. The practice of readopting the Zoning Atlas
