Petros Koutsopanagos, 2872 Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, represented the
applicant. He informed the Board he wished to revise his
application and have a wholesale license to deliver beer and wine
to restaurants in lieu of selling the product on the premises.
In order to clarify whether or not it was necessary for the
applicant to appear before the Planning & Zoning Board in light

Planning Director Paula Harvey commented Lot 1 is developed with
a single family residence and Lot 2 is vacant. Ms. Harvey noted
the Public Works Department recommended the abuttlng rights-
of-way for Burnice Drive be included 1n the annexation ordinance.
She stated no additional easements or rights-of-way are required
at this time.
No citizen appeared either in support of or in opposition to

Motion was made by Mr. Ferrell, seconded by Mr. Green, to

Motion was made by Ms. Nixon, seconded by Mr. Ferrell, to approve
above request with the stipulation that if the applicant should
desire package sales, the operation of the business would be
initiated within 6 months of the approval of the application.
Motion carried unanimously (6-0).
Planning Director discussed the time frame of the approval
process for Land Use Plan amendments to be submitted to the
State. Discussion ensued.
