Fitzpatrick reviewed the background and history of subject property. He described the uses of surrounding properties and expressed the opinion that subject property is not suitable for multi-family development due to inherent traffic. He felt that, if approved. the proposed development would result in an excellent step-down of activities adjacent to the residential areas. Mr. Fitzpatrick submitted 14 letters in support of the proposed request and stated that meetings had been held with several Glenville Drive residents in order to keep them advised of the proposed development.
