The parkland dedication requirements imposed by the agreement as amended have been met for a portion of this property as per partial release dated June, 1982. ,I I A petition for annexation was submitted by Brandon-Nu-West Clearwater Ltd. for that portion known as Loehmann's Plaza but was withdrawn by the applicant just prior to the City Commission public hearing scheduled for October 18, 1984. m Ms. Harvey commented that several problems need to be resolved; e. g., maintenance of an existing storm sewer line that goes under one of the buildings at Loehmann's Plaza. Additionally, th~following conditions need to be met: (1) dedication of abutting right-Of-way for N. E. Coachman Road and the right- of-way for Stag Run Boulevard; (2) requirement of blanket water easements over the property; (3) requirement of additional sanitary sewer easements if existing sewer will be serVing adjoining parcel in the same ownerShip; and (4) requirement of 40-ft. right-Of-way easements along U. S. 19. ~ I I I No citizen appeared in support of above requests. Hs. Maureen Wilson, Unit 622, 2550 Stag Run Boulevard, appeared in opposition to above request. Representing 120 homeowners, she submitted a petition of objection which addressed the area north of Stag Run Boulevard. She felt that the project will be detrimental to the residents in the Coachman Ridge Condominiums, citing excessive noise and activity in the area. Furthermore, she stated that the developers have stripped the land of trees and the development appears not to be what had been planned originally.
