Ms. Harvey reviewed the background and history of subject
property, stating that this is a portion of the property which
was the subject of an agreement to annex approved on October 27~
1980 and as amended on February 25~ 1982. She noted that the
property owner has requested the annexation procedure be
initiated prior to the october 27, 1984 date as noted In the
agreement.
