(B) Annexation & Zoning: 1. Portion of Lot 12, Pinellas Groves NE 1/4 Sec. 12-29-15 (Kastrenakes) A 84-26 Request Annexation & Zoning, ML (Light Manufacturing) (Cont'd. from P & Z Bd. meeting of 8/7/84) Above property is located on the north side of Range Road approximately 1,050 feet east of Hercules Avenue. The site contains .64 acres MOL. , The Land Use Plan classification is Light Industrial. The above request was scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board on August 7, 1984 but, due to the absence of the, applicant on that date,.was continued to September 18, 1984. Steve Kambouris. representing the applicant, stated that the property is developed with an auto body and paint shop. Plans 'are to expand the facility. Ms. Harvey recommended that the abutting right-of-way for Range Road be included in the annexation. No citizen appeared either in support of or in opposition to above request. Motion was made by Mr. Hogan, seconded by Mrs. Rogers. to recommend approval of above request, including the abutting right-of-way for Range Road. Motion carried unanimously (6-0). However. an easement will be required from either of these property owners in order for the lines to be extended. such easement to be obtained prior to Public Works insuring to the County that City sewer service will be provided to the subject property. Mrs. Warnes commented that she had received permission from the church for an easement to be ,granted in order for the sewer lines to be extended. Ms. Harvey stated that Planning staff recommended approval of above request subject to the following: (1) an easement being obtained from the church prior to lines being extended for the sewer; and (2) the annexation include the abutting right-of-way for Union Street. Mrs. Regulski commented that she would like the zoning of subject property reviewed at a later date in order to determine that the zoning on the parcel is still appropriate. No citizen appeared either in support of or in opposition to I, above request.
