Presentation - Wray Register, Chairperson The Comprehensive Long-Range Waterfront Planning Committee a Wray Register, Chairverson of The Comprehensive Long-Range Waterfront Planning Committee reviewed for the Board members the revised Status Report and reported on the progress of the Committee. She presented the proposed time schedule and discussion ensued. D Decision was made to have Mrs. Register attend Board meeting on February 21 at have reviewed the revised Status the next which time Report Planning the Board and will I &: Zoning members will have input. B Mrs. Regulski's participation in The Comprehensive Long-Range Waterfront Planning Committee. the Board was that she continue to serve on the an individual but not as a representative of the Zoning Board. Board members discussed I Consensus of Committee as Pl~nning and I Chairman Mazur recommended new policies and procedures concerning deadlines for submittal of material to Board members. Further, the Board members indicated they desire the applicant to be present when an item is considered, especially in the event of the Board members have questions concerning a proposed plat. In the future. if there are any questions and the applicant is not present to respond, the item Will, under normal circumstances, be denied rather than continued.
