Under Chairman's Items, Mrs. Regulski stated the Board had
received an invitation to attend the FPZA luncheon at Noon on
January 20, 1984.
Mrs. Regulski informed the Board members tha.t the next meeting of
The Comprehensive Long-Range Waterfront Planning Committee will
be held at the Main Clearwater Library on January 19 at 8:30 AM.
The election of a Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning &
Zoning Board for the calendar year 1984 was next considered.
Motion was made by Mr. Canan. seconded by Mr. Bickerstaffe, to
nominate Ed Mazur as Chairman. Motion carried unanimously
(8-0).
Motion was then made by Mr. Bickerstaffe, seconded by Mr. Turner,
to nominate Bill Goodwin as Vice-Chairman. Motion carried
unanimously (8-0).
Mrs. Regulski expressed her appreciation to the Board members for
their assistance and cooperation during the past year.
Meeting adjourned at 2:40 PM.
