Mr. Healey briefed the Board members concerning the problems
encountered with sUbject item. He stated the main r~ason for
concern is that some of the lots are platted wholly or
partially within the lOO-Year Flood Plain. He commented that the
applicant is considering either withdrawing the application,
building in the County or seeking annexation into the City
of Dunedin.

Motion was made by Mr. Bickerstaffe, seconded by Mr. Green, to
recommend approval of the dock application, with the stipulation
that there be no lease or sale of the docks separate from the
,condominium units, that the reverter clause be honored and that
the Harbormaster approve the location with respect to naviga~ion.
Motion carried 6-1, with Mr. Canan voting "naye."
2. Planning & Zoning Board Christmas Luncheon
Mr. Healey stated that the annual Christmas luncheon will be
,held at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 1983.
